Shipping Policy


We take pride in serving our customers the BEST of the BEST.  Therefore, the processing time is 1 or 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Once orders have been processed, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided. If you have not received an email via inbox, please check your spam folder and ensure that 4 business days have passed before contacting us, as this can be due to short delays we may occasionally experience during the processing time.


We are a Canadian based company. As a result we ship with Canada Post. For orders to the US, Canada Post handles the package up to customs, after which the package is handed over to USPS to deliver to our customers.


We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. You will not receive a refund and your order will not be replaced. We have provided you with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with the movement of your package until delivery.
